To honor Barb’s memory, the family will gather to celebrate her life with smiles, not tears. The family invites everyone to remember her journey with love, laughter and memories at a Celebration of Life for Barbara Ross to be held at the Armstrong Community Center on Thursday, March 28th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
