John Charles Quinn, 66 of Catlett, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2025 from complications of metastasized prostate cancer.
John was born and raised in Bancroft, Iowa, and graduated from St John High School in 1977.
John’s career in Aviation began in high school and spanned more that 50 years. He followed this career path with love, passion and unending dedication.
John was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Quinn and Mary Elaine Fangman Quinn, Bancroft, Iowa, and his beloved wife, Betty Miller Quinn of Cumberland, Virginia.
He is survived by brother, Erwin Quinn and wife JoAnn; sisters, Bridget Lynch and husband John Bryan, Colleen Madia and husband Val Madia, Carmel Earl and husband Steve Earl, and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews
A visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave., Warrenton, VA.
Plans for a Celebration of Life to be held in Bancroft, Iowa, will be announced at a future date.
